Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of hardware infrastructure—including servers, storage systems, and printers—and will be responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as assigned by the direct manager. This role also involves performing initial maintenance procedures at client locations, ensuring timely and effective technical support.

Responsibilities:

Basic knowledge of hardware infrastructure (servers, storage system, printer)
Execute preventive maintenance and correction works tasked by the direct Manager
Perform initial actions for maintenance at client location

Requirements:

BSc degree in Computer Engineering, or Related fields.
1-2 years experience in the same field.
Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English)
